Dong-A University operates the 'Dong-A Global Honors Center' program to provide institution-tailored benefits and establish a systematic performance management system for institutions recruiting international students.

Since 2022, Dong-A University has been conducting winter workshops to motivate institutions recruiting international students and strengthen networking. This year, the workshop was held over a recent 3-day, 2-night schedule with participation from three institutions: Vietnam ICOEdu, Sunny Studying Abroad, and HIAST.

Representatives from the participating institutions held meetings with Dong-A University officials during their visit to promote mutual goodwill and establish partnerships.

Additionally, through various activities such as campus tours and meetings with international students, participants gathered information and exchanged history and culture by visiting the Seokdang Museum at Dong-A University and major cities in Korea, including Busan.

President Lee Hae-woo stated, “To attract outstanding international students, not only the institutions but also the university must work together,” adding, “We will listen to the requests of each visiting institution’s representatives and actively discuss future support measures.”
