Imun World Meridian Hilltrium The Terrace, attracting attention as a beneficiary complex of the Imun-Hwigyeong New Town project in Dongdaemun-gu, is being developed in Imun-dong, Dongdaemun-gu. It is designed to allow various space configurations for residents’ hobbies, relaxation, and exercise by applying individual duplex rooftop terraces for each unit on the top floor.
Imun World Meridian Hilltrium The Terrace is expected to increase in future value due to the benefits of the Imun-Hwigyeong New Town project in Dongdaemun-gu. The Imun-Hwigyeong New Town project is a redevelopment project of an 800,000㎡ residential area around Imun-dong and Hwigyeong-dong, and it is a representative redevelopment site in Dongdaemun-gu along with Cheongnyangni New Town and Jeonnong-Dapsimni New Town.
The project site is located near Hoegi Station, centered around Hwayang Station on Subway Line 1. West of Hwayang Station are Imun 3 District and Imun 1 District, while to the east are Imun 4 District, Hwigyeong 2 District, Hwigyeong 3 District, and Hwigyeong 1 District. Districts such as Hwigyeong 1 and Hwigyeong 2, which are progressing quickly, have already completed sales.
The complex plans to secure a variety of community facilities including a multipurpose seminar room, table tennis room, baduk (Go) room, individual storage for each unit, public daycare center, and other neighborhood facilities.
The transportation location is convenient. It has a double station area near Hwayang Station and Hoegi Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1. It is also easy to use the nearby Cheongnyangni Station KTX, and in the future, the metropolitan area high-speed railway (GTX) Line B will provide direct access to Yeouido, and Line C to Samseong-dong, securing a much-improved transportation environment.

The site smoothly closed subscriptions for all types, starting with the 62F type, which showed the highest competition rate of 23 to 1, followed by the 65B-1 type at 12 to 1, the 75D type at 4 to 1, and the 79A type at 3 to 1.
