Eugene Investment & Securities, Schroder Global Fund 2 Types Subscription Event

Eugene Group's financial affiliate, Eugene Investment & Securities, announced on the 1st that it will hold a subscription event for two types of 'Schroder Global Funds' until March 31.

The target products are the 'Schroder Global Bond Income Fund' and the 'Schroder Global Green Energy Fund.' They are available in general classes (A, C, A-e, C-e) and pension classes (C-P, C-Pe).

During the event period, customers who subscribe with 1 million KRW or more (one account per person) will receive mobile cultural gift certificates according to the subscription amount. For subscriptions between 1 million KRW and less than 3 million KRW, 5,000 KRW will be given; between 3 million KRW and less than 5 million KRW, 15,000 KRW; between 5 million KRW and less than 10 million KRW, 30,000 KRW; and for 10 million KRW or more, up to 40,000 KRW can be received. However, the balance must be maintained until April 30, and if redemption occurs during the period, benefits will be provided based on the balance amount after redemption.

Customers who purchase 10 million KRW or more per individual subscription of the event products will also be entered into a draw to receive prizes. Prizes include a Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer (1 winner) and Shinsegae gift certificates worth 50,000 KRW (10 winners). Benefits can be received only if the balance is maintained until April 30, and winners must bear the tax and public charges (22%) on benefits exceeding 50,000 KRW.

The Schroder Global Bond Income Fund is a product managed by diversifying investments in relatively stable investment-grade bonds and high-yield bonds that aim for higher returns. It is expected to provide higher income returns than investment-grade bond funds and has lower volatility than high-yield bond funds. The average credit rating of the assets managed by this product is at the BBB level, with a total expense ratio of 0.56% per annum based on Class A, a risk rating of 4, and moderate risk.

The Schroder Global Green Energy Fund is managed by diversifying investments in stocks of global companies in infrastructure and renewable energy sectors such as renewable energy, clean energy, hydrogen, transmission and distribution, batteries, and energy storage. This product mainly invests in stocks and stock-related securities of global sustainable companies, aiming for long-term capital growth. Based on Class A, the total expense ratio is 0.86% per annum, with a risk rating of 2 and high risk.

Both products can be subscribed to through the Eugene Investment & Securities website, Mobile Trading Service (MTS), and Home Trading Service (HTS). These products are not protected under the Depositor Protection Act and may result in principal loss, so investors should receive sufficient explanations before investing.
