"AI, Become My Colleague" ... Saewool Nuclear Power, ChatGPT Special Lecture on Strengthening AI Digital Competency Experts

On the 29th, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Saewool Nuclear Power Headquarters invited AI expert Researcher Jeong Juhwan from Naver Cloud to hold a special lecture on generative AI (ChatGPT) for its employees at the headquarters auditorium.

On the 29th, Saeul Headquarters held a special lecture for employees on Chat GPT by inviting AI experts.

The special lecture was held to enhance understanding of artificial intelligence, which has recently become a hot topic in the ICT field, and to find ways to improve work productivity and create economic value by introducing AI in nuclear power plant operations through strengthening digital capabilities. KHNP is currently working on building generative AI in-house.

During the lecture, Researcher Jeong Juhwan specifically introduced the direction of generative AI to be established at nuclear power plant sites, as well as the latest trends and use cases.

Saewool Nuclear Power plans to actively explore AI idea generation and application possibilities for nuclear power plant field and support tasks through digital capability enhancement training.

Soyuseop, head of Saewool Nuclear Power Headquarters, stated, “We will actively review ways to secure nuclear power plant safety and productivity through efforts to strengthen AI capabilities, keeping in mind the possibility of AI introduction based on security even at nuclear power plants.”
