This project was promoted to provide integrated information in one place for citizens who find it difficult to use welfare systems that are actually necessary for them, despite numerous welfare-related systems and programs being offered by both public and private sectors.

The city plans to utilize advanced technology and data analysis to identify citizens' welfare needs and provide customized services. Once the platform is established, Gumi City's welfare information can be searched and applied for in one place, and citizens can receive notifications about welfare programs in their areas of interest through KakaoTalk alert services.

Additionally, a system will be set up to collect citizens' feedback and requests to reflect in policy improvements.

Moreover, by building a chatbot, non-face-to-face consultations will be possible, and functions to find desired welfare services and apply online will be established, greatly contributing to improving accessibility to welfare services and discovering welfare blind spots.

Mayor Kim Jang-ho said, “The establishment of this welfare platform will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for citizens by providing smart and diverse customized welfare information in line with the digital transformation era for Gumi’s growth over the next 50 years.” He added, “We plan to achieve continuous development by strengthening communication and interaction with citizens through the welfare platform.”
