Jeil Construction to Launch 'Cheomdan Jeil Poonggyeongchae Park One' in Gwangju in February

Jeil Construction announced on the 29th that it plans to launch sales next month for the private park special project apartment "Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae Park One" located in the Cheomdan district living area of Gwangju Metropolitan City (Bongsan Park).

Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae Park One is a large-scale apartment complex consisting of 10 buildings with 948 units, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 24 floors above ground, located in Sanwol-dong, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju. The construction is being handled by Jeil Construction and Hoban Construction, local companies in the Gwangju area.

In front of the complex is a large park spanning approximately 180,000㎡, and it is adjacent to the Cheomdan district, which is gaining attention as a new self-sufficient residential town in Gwangju, allowing residents to enjoy various living infrastructures. Several schools such as Wolbong Elementary and Middle Schools, Bongsan Elementary and Middle Schools, and Cheomdan Middle and High Schools are located close to the complex, and the Wolgye and Suwan-dong academy districts are also conveniently accessible. Additionally, Sanwol IC is right in front of the complex, making travel via the Honam Expressway easy. A new road connecting the Sangmu district and Cheomdan district is scheduled to open in 2026. Commuting to industrial complexes in Gwangju and nearby areas, such as the Cheomdan Science National Industrial Complex and Hanam and Jingok General Industrial Complexes, is also convenient.

A sales official stated, "Despite the significant rise in labor and material costs, Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae Park One is expected to be supplied at a reasonable price. It offers the pleasant natural environment unique to the park special project and excellent residential conditions in the Cheomdan living area. Moreover, a high-quality design will be applied, which has already generated many inquiries."
