GS Construction is currently selling units at ‘Eunpyeong Xi The Star,’ located in Sinsa-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. The complex consists of two buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, with a total of 312 households. The units are composed of 49㎡ (small-sized housing) and 84㎡ (officetel). The 84㎡ units have already been fully contracted, and some remaining 49㎡ units are currently available for sale. Since these are leftover units, they can be purchased immediately without a subscription savings account, making it possible to enter In(Seoul) without any hurdles. Additionally, benefits such as a fixed contract deposit and interest-free loans for interim payments are attracting attention from both actual buyers and investors.
The contract deposit is a fixed amount of 20 million KRW, and there is also an interest-free loan benefit for the entire interim payment. In other words, once the contract deposit is paid, no additional funds are required until move-in.
