Seohui Construction is currently supplying the mammoth complex "Hwaseong Hyangnam Station Seohui Starhills Wise City," consisting of 2,177 households, in the Paltan-myeon area of Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.

There are transportation network development benefits centered around the Metropolitan Area Second Ring Road and the Seohaean Expressway, including the Bongdam~Songsan Expressway and the Pyeongtaek~Hwaseong~Paju Expressway.
