On the 23rd, citizens visiting the Seoul Plaza skating rink in Jung-gu, Seoul, were skating. As of 11:40 AM today, the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that the number of visitors to the Seoul Plaza skating rink this winter has surpassed 100,000.
