Held Ceremony for Presentation of Appreciation Plaque for Environmental Improvement Construction

HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 23rd that it received a plaque of appreciation from the residents of Godeok Central I-Park in Gangdong-gu, Seoul.

HDC Hyundai Development Company is receiving a plaque of appreciation from the Godeok Central I-Park Residents' Representative Meeting for enhancing customer satisfaction by creating a pleasant living environment, and they are taking a commemorative photo.

The Residents' Representative Meeting of Godeok Central I-Park presented a plaque of appreciation to HDC Hyundai Development Company on the 19th to commend the completion of environmental improvement work and the enhancement of residents' satisfaction.

The residents highly evaluated HDC Hyundai Development Company for smoothly completing A/S related to finishing works such as environmental improvement construction. Godeok Central I-Park was completed in 2019 through the reconstruction of Godeok Jugong 5 Complex apartments.

HDC Hyundai Development Company has been making continuous efforts to transform Godeok Central I-Park into a prestigious landmark complex in the area. It received a plaque of appreciation for creating a luxury apartment from the Residents' Representative Meeting in August 2022, and in December last year, it received a handwritten letter.

An official from HDC Hyundai Development Company said, "All members of the company will continue to take responsibility and do their best to satisfy customers so that I-Park complexes, including Godeok Central I-Park, can establish themselves as prestigious landmark complexes representing the region."

Since 2022, HDC Hyundai Development Company has been implementing the ‘I-Park Blue Service,’ a community-type cultural service focused on residents' convenience and relaxation. Starting this year, it has been revamped as ‘I-Park Homecoming Day,’ expanding the target to complexes in their fourth year of residence and organizing new programs such as photography and air bounce activities.
