Pohang City and POSTECH will hold the "1st Secondary Battery Specialized Company Employment Matching Day" on the 24th at the POSTECH Gymnasium, providing high-quality job information related to the secondary battery field.

The secondary battery employment matching day, held for the first time this year, was organized to create a networking platform for securing excellent talent in the secondary battery field and fostering industry-specialized professional manpower. This follows the designation of the secondary battery specialized complex in July last year and the large-scale expansion of production plants by secondary battery companies in the Pohang area, which has led to a surge in demand for related personnel.

At the event, companies will be offered opportunities to recruit outstanding talent and promote themselves, while job seekers will receive diverse and practical employment information such as the current status of the secondary battery industry, company information, and talent requirements by company.

Additionally, the event will be divided into ▲Recruitment Consultation Zone ▲Employment Consulting Zone ▲Event Zone, with LG Energy Solution participating to present the company’s talent profile and recruitment plans for the first half of the year.

In the Recruitment Consultation Zone, leading secondary battery companies such as LG Energy Solution, EcoPro BM, POSCO Future M, Lotte Energy Materials, SK Ecoplant, Daewon Chemical, Korea Yumikorea, and PNT, along with small and medium-sized enterprises, will provide one-on-one focused employment consultations and various information for job application support to job seekers.
