A-Route announced on the 19th that it has decided to acquire 1.4 million shares of NSR C Co., Ltd. This amounts to 16.8 billion KRW, representing 11.21% of its equity capital. A-Route stated that the decision to acquire the shares was made to secure new growth engines through business diversification.
