Housing Finance Corporation Selected as Top Institution in Ministry of the Interior and Safety's Comprehensive Information Disclosure Evaluation

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Choi Jun-woo) was selected as the best quasi-governmental institution for two consecutive years in the ‘2023 Comprehensive Information Disclosure Evaluation’ hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

The Ministry of the Interior and Safety conducts evaluations on a total of four areas?pre-disclosure of information, disclosure of original documents, processing of information disclosure requests, and customer management and operations?targeting 550 administrative and public institutions to ensure the reliability and transparency of the information disclosure system. HF Corporation received the highest rating in the quasi-governmental institution category for two consecutive years.

HF Corporation was recognized for its proactive efforts in information disclosure, including expanding the transition to open formats, conducting comprehensive checks of pre-disclosed information lists, proactively disclosing production documents, and providing information disclosure training to all employees. In particular, it received high scores in customer satisfaction and appropriateness of request processing.

An HF Corporation official stated, “As we have been selected as the best institution for two consecutive years, we will continue our efforts to expand the public’s right to know and improve customer satisfaction, striving to become a trusted public institution by the people.”
