As anticipation for the opening of the GTX-C line (planned) grows, interest in the housing market in Uijeongbu City has been captured in data.
According to an analysis of weekly visitor trends by the real estate information app ‘HogangNono,’ the metropolitan area housing complex ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Singok Signature View’ ranked first in weekly visitors in Uijeongbu City.
This is attributed to the recent development boost in Uijeongbu City following the approval of the implementation plan for the GTX-C line (planned) last December. The approval of the implementation plan means that all necessary permits for actual construction have been obtained, allowing construction to begin immediately.
The GTX-C (planned) line is a privately funded metropolitan area express railway connecting Suwon, Gwacheon, Samsung, Cheongnyangni, Uijeongbu, and up to Deokjeong Station in Yangju, spanning approximately 86.5 km. The total project cost, including construction costs for additional stations, is about 4.6084 trillion KRW. The target opening year is 2028.
The GTX-C line (planned) will reduce travel time from Deokjeong Station to Samsung Station to under 30 minutes, with the Uijeongbu?Samsung section expected to be covered within 20 minutes. Operating at speeds up to 180 km/h, which is 3 to 4 times faster than regular subways, it is highly anticipated as a train that will quickly connect Seoul’s northeastern and Gangnam areas.
An industry insider stated, “Given the hot real estate market trends in areas like Unjeong and Dongtan following the GTX-A line (planned) effect, Uijeongbu City is expected to show similar patterns,” adding, “Considering the opening of the GTX-C line (planned), securing a position now is strategic.”
Consequently, demand has concentrated on ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Singok Signature View,’ with strong interest following the announcement of the housing exhibition hall opening on the 19th (Friday). Supplied through the Jangam Living Zone 3 District Housing Redevelopment Project in Uijeongbu City, ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Singok Signature View’ will consist of 6 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, totaling 815 units. ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Singok Signature View’ will also introduce the brand’s unique ‘Smart Clean & Care Solution.’ Inside the units, an ‘Antivirus Air Purification Ventilation System’ is applied, which automatically links the air purification system according to indoor fine dust and carbon dioxide levels, maintaining fresh air quality 24 hours a day.
Outside the complex, a weather station indicating fine dust levels will be installed, along with mist spraying facilities and fine dust reduction plantings to help reduce fine dust. Additionally, air curtains will be applied at each ground-level building entrance to block fine dust and outside air inflow, maintaining a comfortable environment.
‘e-Pyeonhansesang Singok Signature View’ boasts a ‘Chopuma’ location, situated right in front of Uijeongbu Elementary School. This guarantees a safer commuting environment for young children, attracting interest from parents. Furthermore, under the “Act on the Protection of Educational Environment,” no harmful facilities can be established nearby, ensuring a safe and pleasant residential environment.
