HD Hyundai Heavy Industries Signs Contract to Build Two VLGCs Worth 310 Billion KRW

HD Hyundai Heavy Industries' ultra-large LPG carrier (VLGC) built and delivered last year

HD Hyundai Heavy Industries announced on the 15th that it has signed a contract to build 2 VLGC vessels with a shipping company based in the Middle East.

The contract amount is 310.1 billion KRW, which corresponds to 3.43% of the 2022 sales revenue of 9.0455 trillion KRW.

The contract period is from the 13th of this month until November 30, 2027.
