‘Boryeong Ellice Heritage’, Subscription Starts from the 26th of This Month

‘Boryeong Ellice Heritage,’ which successfully opened its housing exhibition center on the 15th, is a high-end premium new complex entering Boryeong for the first time in six years. Since the opening of the exhibition center, it has been attracting continuous visitors with long waiting lines every day.

‘Boryeong Ellice Heritage’ consists of a total of 971 households with some buildings reaching 29 floors. The complex’s innovative design is handled by ‘Beom Architects,’ who were responsible for landmark buildings in Korea such as Lotte World Tower. The residential spaces are high-end apartments using premium designs and materials, featuring a 14m wide living room (in some units) and a 4BAY innovative layout (in some units). It adopts facade-divided windows that do not obstruct the view from the balcony railings, and some specialized units on the 1st and 2nd floors are designed with a high ceiling of 3.1m to provide an open and spacious feeling. To minimize noise between floors and protect privacy, most buildings are designed with pilotis structures.

Additionally, the bathrooms are finished with stone on the walls and floors to create a sturdy yet luxurious interior, and residents can choose a living room art wall to customize the overall atmosphere of their home according to their taste.

With a high-end parking lot ratio of 1.6 spaces per household, it secures the largest parking space in Boryeong.

Construction is entrusted to Seojin Construction, which owns its own steel and ready-mix concrete companies and has earned credit ratings of Hana Bank A7, HUG Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation A-, and eCredible A0, ensuring high reliability. Seojin Construction’s premium brand Ellice has built brand recognition and trust through projects such as Hwajeong Ellice Prestige, Gwangsan Ellice Lake City, Ssangchon Ellice, and Ilgok Ellice Prime, promising a strong brand premium for ‘Ellice’.

The location competitiveness of Dongdae-dong New Residential Town, known as the ‘Gangnam of Boryeong,’ is also solid.
