CCS Opens Seoul Office... "Accelerating New Business"

CCS announced on the 22nd that it convened a full board meeting on the 21st and unanimously approved the establishment of a Seoul office.

The company stated, "We decided to establish the Seoul office to accelerate new business initiatives," and added, "A paid-in capital increase will proceed in line with the new business schedule." They also said, "We will sequentially disclose and verify information to provide solid trust regarding the new business."

Meanwhile, according to an electronic disclosure on the 13th, CCS changed the third-party allocation recipients to Green BTS and Quantum Port. Green BTS and Quantum Port are led by CEO Kwon Young-wan, an inside director of CCS.

A company official emphasized, "We will promptly complete the paid-in capital increase to gain market trust and successfully finalize the approval process for the change of the largest shareholder of the comprehensive cable TV operator currently underway," adding, "We will also focus on investment and strengthening competitiveness related to the broadcasting business."
