NHN Payco Meal Tickets and Welfare Points Transactions Reach 170 Billion KRW... 50% Increase Year-on-Year

Transaction volume within B2B (business-to-business) welfare solutions such as meal vouchers, welfare points, and gift certificates provided by NHN Payco increased by 50% compared to the previous year.


On the 13th, NHN Payco announced that the transaction volume of Payco's corporate welfare solution reached 170 billion KRW as of the previous day this year. This represents approximately a 50% increase compared to the total transaction volume last year. The number of companies using this solution has also reached around 1,900.


NHN Payco explained that new subscriptions from public institutions, hospitals, and companies in the aviation industry have significantly increased compared to last year. In particular, in the aviation sector, about 17,000 airport employees are using Payco meal vouchers at approximately 400 food and beverage stores located in seven airports nationwide.


Welfare points can currently be used not only at more than 500,000 online and offline Payco affiliated stores but also regardless of affiliation when issued as a physical card dedicated to Payco welfare points. It was emphasized that Payco gift certificates in the form of cash vouchers are actively used as holiday gifts for employees and prizes for internal company events.


NHN Payco plans to aggressively expand its market share next year by making the corporate welfare solution business a core growth engine. An NHN Payco official said, "The transaction volume is rapidly growing every year based on the convenience of management and the versatility of benefits, which are the biggest strengths of Payco's corporate welfare solution," adding, "We will continue to advance the service to solidify our position as a market-leading company."
