ResearchAlum forecasted on the 5th that T&L will benefit from the growth of the acne patch market.


Researcher Kim Jaemu of ResearchAlum explained, "Acne patches are in a mature stage domestically but are an emerging market overseas," adding, "In fact, the acne patch market in the United States did not exist five years ago."


He continued, "The acne patch market grew from $20 million in 2018 to $343 million last year," and added, "T&L has micro-needle patches applied at the early stage of acne and hydrocolloid patch products applied after acne appears."


It is estimated that T&L will achieve sales of 116.5 billion KRW and an operating profit of 36.3 billion KRW this year, representing increases of 43% and 49%, respectively, compared to last year.


Researcher Kim analyzed, "They entered the U.S. market in 2018 through Hero Cosmetics," and "Since entering the U.S., the export ratio has risen to 73.5%." He added, "They exclusively supply finished products to Hero," and "Mighty Patch ranks second in Beauty & Personal Care on Amazon."


He emphasized, "In September 2022, the global consumer goods company C&D acquired Hero, expanding into offline channels," and "The sales channels for Mighty Patch continue to increase."
