Daily Service Processing Volume Up 22% Year-on-Year

HyEM Solutec, which is in charge of maintenance and repair of LG Electronics' system air conditioners, chillers, and air conditioning facilities, announced on the 21st that it has significantly expanded its service personnel in preparation for the winter service season.


Recently, as the number of customers using HyEM Solutec's system air conditioner maintenance services increased, the company has been investing in manpower and organization to ensure faster service processing speed. The number of HyEM Solutec service engineers increased by 34% from June to September this year compared to the same period last year, and the daily number of service cases handled rose by 22% compared to last year.

A HyEM Solutec official explained, "Based on the network established in each region, we select support centers that require additional personnel on a weekly basis and flexibly deploy mobile teams to the field, thereby establishing a faster and smoother service system."


In addition, to strengthen the capabilities of engineers, separate training on service response according to customer situations is conducted, and systematic training based on technical skills is provided to continuously improve the quality of customer service.
