Shinil Electronics announced on the 16th that sales of heating appliances have increased by 15% compared to the same period last year due to the recent unexpected cold wave over the past month.
Shinil is introducing various winter appliances that provide effective heating with low power consumption to reflect the low-power, high-efficiency trend and to practice ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management. The 'Eco Cube Heater,' which adopts a highlight heating method, the 'Ecofree Mat' using carbon graphene heating wires, and the 'Fan Heater,' considered an essential item for winter camping, are Shinil's representative low-power, high-efficiency heating appliances.
The 'Eco Fan Cube Heater,' released by Shinil this year, is equipped with a blower fan inside the heater to circulate heat far and evenly, providing effective heating. It boasts high energy efficiency and is popular. On the 5th, Shinil held a launch broadcast for the ‘Eco Fan Cube Heater’ on Lotte Home Shopping, selling 6,056 units and recording orders worth 790 million KRW, selling out completely.
Shinil's 'Ecofree Mat' is a carbon mat combined with premium fur. The power consumption is 125W for the single size. When used 8 hours daily, the expected monthly electricity bill is approximately 1,130 KRW, making it economical.
The 'Fan Heater,' which continues to be loved by camping enthusiasts, is also popular. Shinil's advanced power-saving technology is applied to the 'Fan Heater,' which consumes 428W at ignition startup and 88~195W during combustion, making it useful for domestic campsites where the total electricity usage per tent is limited to 600W.
A Shinil representative said, "With repeated forecasts of abnormal cold waves and concerns about domestic heating cost increases overlapping, low-power, high-efficiency heating appliances that reduce heating expenses are gaining popularity," adding, "Shinil will always be with consumers so they can enjoy a warm winter without worrying about heating costs."
