Modu-ui Matjip is Hyundai Green Food's regional win-win brand that selects local popular restaurants and helps release their signature menus as HMR products. Previously, Hyundai Green Food conducted the Modu-ui Matjip project twice targeting local restaurants in November 2021 and July last year, introducing a total of 30 HMR products.

The newly released products include ▲ Sammat Ho-otteok (Haengdang Market)'s 'Sea World Hotteok' ▲ Handmade Noodle Soup with Chicken Galbi (Haengdang Market)'s 'Seasoned Chicken Galbi' and 'Clam Handmade Noodle Soup' ▲ Crispy Macha (Mangwon Market)'s 'King Sirloin Pork Cutlet' ▲ Jangsu Chicken Whole (Myeongok Market)'s 'Bracken Chicken Soup' ▲ Seoul Jijimi (Daejo Market)'s 'Squid Bibim Jjolmyeon' among others.

Earlier, Hyundai Green Food collaborated with the Seoul Metropolitan Government's Traditional Market Team to receive applications from restaurants within traditional markets, conducting on-site evaluations and comprehensive assessments to finally select five stores.

A Hyundai Green Food representative explained, "Although there are many menus in traditional markets that are excellent in taste and quality and suitable for productization as convenient meals, many restaurants have been hesitant to produce HMR products. The five selected restaurants and Hyundai Green Food's food experts worked together throughout the entire process from product consulting to manufacturing based on their know-how in food preparation and hygiene."

The Modu-ui Matjip - Traditional Market products are available at food halls in 16 Hyundai Department Store locations nationwide, including the Apgujeong Main Store, as well as Hyundai Green Food's official online mall Greeting Mall, Hyundai Food Hall ToHome, and The Hyundai.com.
