Gmarket, Samsung·LG Home Appliances 'Reservation Installation' Service..."Installation Available Tomorrow Too"

Gmarket and Auction announced on the 15th that they will open a home appliance 'Reservation Installation' service that allows customers to set their desired installation date in advance when placing an order.

The reservation installation products on Gmarket include over 800 items from Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics official certified sellers, marked with a reservation installation tag. When purchasing, customers can specify their preferred installation date, and the final installation date will be confirmed through a notification message from the manufacturer and a happy call from the installation technician. Installation can be scheduled as early as the next day. For Samsung Electronics, payment must be completed before 11 AM, and for LG Electronics, before 2 PM, to select the next day as the installation date.

Reservation installation products can also be sent and received through the 'Gift' feature. When sending as a gift to family or acquaintances, the recipient can set the installation reservation date via a happy call.

A launch promotion will be held until the 26th. When purchasing reservation installation products, 2% Smile Cash, which can be used like cash on Gmarket and Auction, will be credited. There is no limit on the amount for unlimited accumulation benefits. Additionally, when paying with a Smile Card, an extra 2% Smile Cash will be credited, providing a maximum total of 4% accumulation benefits. There are also instant discount benefits from card companies. When paying 100,000 KRW or more with six major cards (Smile, KB, Samsung, BC, NH, Lotte), customers can receive an instant discount of up to 70,000 KRW, which is a 7% discount benefit.

Until the 26th, an installation compensation program will also be introduced. If the installation schedule is delayed due to manufacturer circumstances, a 20,000 KRW Shinsegae mobile gift certificate will be given. This applies to customers who purchased during the event period and confirmed their purchase, and experienced at least one installation delay. However, compensation is excluded if the initial installation date is changed due to the buyer’s circumstances or if the delivery is to island or mountainous areas.
