It is also adjacent to the Yongin Semiconductor Cluster project, which announced an investment of 300 trillion KRW, further increasing the demand base.
Moreover, the complex is expected to benefit from the government's designation last month of Yongin and Pyeongtaek as national advanced semiconductor strategic specialized complexes, enhancing its future value.

Also, depending on the type, features such as corridor pantries, alpha rooms, and walk-in dressing rooms are introduced to increase storage space and spatial utilization.
Not only that, the complex will be richly designed with landscaping and community facilities to enhance residential convenience. Landscaping includes a central community plaza, tea house, children's playground, and central park. Community facilities will include fitness centers, Moms' stay, and a small library.
