Huons Meditech 'Derma Shine Pro' Obtains Taiwan Medical Device Certification

Huons Meditech announced on the 6th that its electric drug infusion pump medical device, ‘Dermashine Pro,’ has obtained medical device certification from the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA).

The ‘Dermashine Series,’ to be introduced to the Taiwanese aesthetic market, is an upgraded version of the first-generation ‘Dermashine,’ which was first launched domestically in 2014 and has sold over 20,000 units worldwide. Equipped with an upgraded pressure-sensing automatic injection system, it features finely adjustable drug infusion volume and infusion speed settings, and is compatible with various syringes (32G, 34G, 9Pin sterile needles). It has been recognized for safety and quality in overseas markets, obtaining CE certification, and is currently undergoing U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval.

A Huons Meditech official stated, “With the acquisition of TFDA certification, we expect to expand our influence in the overseas beauty market and make a full-scale entry.”
