The flagship service is the AI interview solution 'ViewInterHR.' It is an AI video interview solution that provides interview analysis results through AI algorithms trained with insights from professional interviewers. The company explains that using this solution can resolve fairness issues in interviewers' evaluations during the recruitment process and significantly reduce hiring time.


ViewInterHR is equipped with an 'AI Human (virtual human) interviewer' developed with proprietary technology. The AI Human listens to the candidate's answers and displays corresponding facial expressions and movements. It can also autonomously generate follow-up questions, enabling interaction with the candidate.


CEO Lee explained, "It provides an interview environment similar to face-to-face interviews where candidates communicate with interviewers," adding, "Companies can also create AI Humans modeled after desired personnel such as HR managers to enhance realism."


Above all, the greatest strength lies in securing fairness, the most important criterion for a recruitment tool. The system applies a 'soft skills' evaluation that assesses nonverbal behaviors such as likability and trustworthiness from candidates' interview videos, and a competency evaluation engine based on the Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) method that analyzes candidates' answers using over 30 job competency behavioral indicators to ensure fairness and objectivity. This raises the reliability of AI interviews to a level comparable to actual human interviewers' evaluations. It also received a 'suitable' rating in AI reliability assessments conducted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Information and Communication Technology Association (TTA).


Currently, more than 100 institutions and companies, including LG Uplus, Hyundai Motor Company, and the Army, Navy, and Air Force, are using ViewInterHR.


Other services include the mental health self-assessment app 'Dr.Listen' and the AI video content platform 'ZUICY.' Dr.Listen is a mental health self-assessment service developed in collaboration with psychiatrists from Seoul National University Hospital. It allows individuals to evaluate and manage their own mental health. This service uses an AI engine developed with mental health specialists to present structured questions based on users' answers and provide analysis results accordingly.

It offers self-assessment functions for various mental health disorders, including major mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, as well as anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and adjustment disorders.


ZUICY is a new concept video platform where AI technology recognizes various responses such as basic touch or voice input, as well as the player's head movements, gaze, facial expressions, and voice, allowing players to interact and enjoy content. Traditionally, video content consumption was mainly visual through platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. ZUICY's interactive video content recognizes players' reactions and creates stories through various scenarios.


Currently, ZUICY offers original content such as virtual blind dates, variety shows, and horror experiences, as well as over 100 creative contents produced by famous creators like Hibap and Go Malsuk.
