On Sunday the 6th, the perceived temperature will rise above 35 degrees Celsius in most areas nationwide, making it very hot.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 24 and 27 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 31 and 37 degrees Celsius.
The daytime high in the Seoul metropolitan area will be around 35 degrees Celsius, similar to Saturday, while in Hwasun, Gurye, Gyeongju, Sangju, Andong, and Uiseong, temperatures will rise up to 37 degrees Celsius.
From morning to afternoon, there will be showers in Jeju Island, and from afternoon to night, showers will occur in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, inland Chungcheong, Jeolla, and inland Gyeongsang regions.
Expected rainfall from the showers is 5 to 60 mm in eastern Gyeonggi, and 5 to 40 mm in Seoul, Incheon, western Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Daejeon, Sejong, inland Chungnam, Chungbuk, Jeolla, Daegu, inland Gyeongbuk, inland Gyeongnam, and Jeju Island. Due to unstable atmosphere, there may be strong showers accompanied by gusts, thunder, and lightning, with hourly rainfall around 30 mm in some areas.
Also, until the 6th, the moon's gravitational force will be strong, causing higher sea levels, and during high tide times, sea levels will rise even further, so caution is needed to prevent flooding damage in low-lying coastal areas.
Fine dust concentration will be at 'Good' to 'Moderate' levels across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
