Lotte Mart Launches 'Yorihada Wang Galbitang' with Whole Pork Ribs Included

Lotte Mart announced on the 6th that it will launch the HMR (Home Meal Replacement) product "Yorihada Wang Galbitang," which offers increased quantity and reduced price.

Yorihada Wang Galbitang is a home meal replacement product designed to allow consumers to easily enjoy restaurant-quality dishes at home. It contains whole pork ribs over 15cm in length, allowing you to experience the rich aroma of meat from the large rib bones. Compared to galbitang products from manufacturer brands, Yorihada Wang Galbitang has a higher meat weight and approximately double the product volume. Additionally, its price is up to 50% cheaper per 100g, which is a notable feature.

Lotte Mart launched this product in response to the recent increase in consumer demand for home meals due to high inflation. The PB (private brand) specialist MD personally sought out raw material suppliers to procure pork ribs and conducted product testing with 15 raw material suppliers.

A Lotte Mart representative stated, "Yorihada Wang Galbitang is a product that combines excellent taste, quality, and reasonable price, and we expect it to receive a great response from customers." He added, "We will continue to develop various PB products to provide healthy and delicious meals."
