Going forward, Kyobo Securities will operate regular and systematic consumer-centered education programs through a CCM promotion council composed of department heads and practical managers from each organization. The company plans to take the lead in preventing consumer damage by continuously improving systems and services to build a customer-centric system. The CCM certification system refers to a program where the Korea Consumer Agency evaluates whether a company organizes all its activities from the consumer’s perspective and continuously improves related management activities, and the Fair Trade Commission grants certification.

Co-CEO Lee Seok-gi stated, "With the CCM declaration ceremony, we will conduct all activities from the consumer’s perspective and consumer-centered management to become a reliable financial investment partner."

On the same day, Kim Cheol-woo, acting head of financial consumer protection, was appointed as the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), responsible for handling and overseeing customer-related issues. Kim Cheol-woo, the Chief Customer Officer, said, "Recognizing that customer centricity is a core value, we have strived to contribute to enhancing consumer benefits by providing the best financial products and services," adding, "We will continue to prioritize consumer value and improve systems in various ways to increase consumer rights and satisfaction."

Meanwhile, to activate CCM among employees, Kyobo Securities plans to create a consumer-centered corporate culture and implement various motivation programs to lead management that coexists with consumers. Kyobo Securities aims to establish the CCM system by the end of this year and obtain certification from the Fair Trade Commission in 2024.
