Detailed plans and schedules regarding tenant recruitment and land sales can be found on the Sejong Tech Valley website or by contacting the Land Sales Department of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation Sejong Special Headquarters or the Industrial Location Division of Sejong City.
Sejong Tech Valley is the only industrial complex located in the city center of Sejong, offering high proximity between workplaces and residences and easy access to specialized personnel through connections with nearby universities.
For the same reasons, the first to eighth sales saw high competition, with 44 out of 54 lots sold.
More than half of the companies that purchased land in Sejong Tech Valley are leading advanced industry companies with annual sales exceeding 10 billion KRW, and among them, 15 companies have already completed factory construction and are currently operating.
Representative companies that purchased lots include Naver Co., Ltd., Macrogen Inc., and Vibe Company Inc. Additionally, the Small and Medium Business Technology Information Promotion Agency and the Startup Promotion Agency have also moved in to support companies in Sejong Tech Valley.
Namgung Ho, Director of the Economic and Industrial Bureau of Sejong City, said, “The sale of Sejong Tech Valley will increase corporate interest due to its excellent location and affordable prices,” adding, “Sejong City will do its best to foster Sejong Tech Valley as a growth hub for advanced industries.”
