50-Year-Old Man Arrested for Sticking Out Tongue with Exposed Body Parts at Bus Stop

A man in his 50s was arrested for committing an act of public indecency by undressing and exposing his genitals at a bus stop.

According to the Jinhae Police Station in Changwon, Gyeongnam, on the 22nd, Mr. A was caught at the scene on the 21st at around 1:50 PM for approaching a woman in her 20s, Ms. B, at a bus stop while lowering his pants and underwear and exposing specific body parts.

He blinked one eye at Ms. B, stuck out his tongue, and made gestures shaking the exposed parts.

When the police arrived following Ms. B’s report, he attempted to flee, and as the police closed in, he jumped into the sea but was eventually caught in the act.

Mr. A, who was apprehended, was not under the influence of alcohol, and police investigations revealed he has a prior record of similar offenses.

The police have completed their investigation of Mr. A and have applied for an arrest warrant.
