Choi Tae-won, Chairman of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, along with chairmen from eight major groups, met with French President Emmanuel Macron to discuss economic cooperation measures during their visit to France.


On the 21st (local time), President Macron invited the leading Korean group chairmen, who were visiting Paris to attend the 172nd General Assembly of the International Bureau of Expositions (BIE), to the ?lys?e Palace for a meeting, the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced.


Attending the meeting were eight chairmen including Chairman Choi Tae-won, Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong, Hyundai Motor Chairman Chung Eui-sun, LG Chairman Koo Kwang-mo, Hanwha Vice Chairman Kim Dong-kwan, Korean Air Chairman Cho Won-tae, Hyosung Vice Chairman Cho Hyun-sang, and Poongsan Group Chairman Ryu Jin.
