Hanmi Pharm announced on the 1st that it held the "2nd Hanmi Pharm Partner Mentorship Program" on the theme of "ESG and Sustainable Supply Chain Strategy" at its headquarters in Songpa-gu, Seoul on the 24th of last month. At the event, 53 representatives from 37 companies, including major raw material partners such as Samhwadang P&T, Oseong Plastic, Inist ST, and Hwail Pharm, attended along with Hanmi Pharm CEO Park Jae-hyun to pledge win-win management.

The program was divided into four topics: ▲ ESG management and EU supply chain due diligence ▲ supply chain due diligence system and case analysis ▲ Hanmi Pharm supply chain due diligence management strategy ▲ partner compliance management. Hanmi Pharm shared its ESG management policies, the status of domestic and international supply chain due diligence legislation, and response cases of domestic and foreign companies, and explained ESG guidelines that could help partners establish their own ESG management systems.

A Hanmi Pharm official said, "With the European Union (EU) mandating ESG due diligence in supply chains, ESG is becoming a more practical and essential management requirement for companies," adding, "Sustainable and ESG-friendly management and responsibility are needed throughout the entire supply chain process, from raw material procurement to product delivery to consumers."

Hanmi Pharm CEO Park Jae-hyun also stated, "The core task of win-win management is to enhance the ESG capabilities of partners and establish a virtuous cycle structure for co-growth with Hanmi," and added, "We will seek practical support measures to improve the ESG competitiveness of our partners."
