Korea Electric Power Corporation Appoints Kim Jun-gi and Park Chung-geun as New Outside Directors

Korea Electric Power Corporation announced on the 2nd that it has newly appointed outside directors Kim Jun-gi and Park Chung-geun. The term of the two outside directors is two years from this date.

Director Kim is currently serving as a professor in the Department of Public Administration at Seoul National University Graduate School of Public Administration. He has served as head of the Management Evaluation Team for Quasi-Governmental Agencies at the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, director of the National Assembly Budget Office, and dean of the Seoul National University Graduate School of Public Administration.

Director Park is a labor director appointed in accordance with Article 25, Paragraph 3 of the Act on the Management of Public Institutions (Appointment and Dismissal of Executives of Public Enterprises). He has held positions such as policy director of the Power Industry Union and chairman of the Chilgok branch of the Power Industry Union.
