Cheongho Nice Celebrates 30th Anniversary with Launch of New Product 'New Istri'

Cheongho Nice announced on the 1st that it has reached its 30th anniversary. Cheongho Nice was established on May 1, 1993, by founder Chairman Jeong Hwi-dong to provide proper water supply. This was a time when public awareness about water was at its peak due to incidents such as the "Nakdong River Phenol Spill." To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Cheongho Nice held a commemorative ceremony on the morning of the 1st at the Cheongho Talent Development Center.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of Cheongho Nice's founding, as well as the 20th anniversary of the launch of its ice water purifier. Cheongho Nice first released the ice water purifier in 2003. To celebrate its 30th anniversary this year, Cheongho also launched a new product, the 'Direct Water Ice Purifier New Ice Tree,' which features the largest ice capacity in Korea (compared to products of the same class).

The Direct Water Ice Purifier New Ice Tree, released in June last year, maintains the same size as the Direct Water Ice Purifier Ice Tree model but increases the ice storage capacity by about 13%. With a width of 25.4 cm, it can store up to approximately 90 ice cubes, allowing users to use a large amount of ice at once. The New Ice Tree also applies Cheongho Nice's filter backwash technology, which cleans even inside the filter. When the sterilization function operates, sterilizing water flows in the reverse direction of the purified water flow into the filter interior, sterilizing and simultaneously washing out and discharging even tiny foreign particles that may be inside the filter and waterway. The New Ice Tree is available in two models: an ice water purifier with ice, hot water, cold water, and purified water functions, and an ice cold water purifier without the hot water function.
