GH to Purchase Contract-Type Rental Housing... Applications Open from the 10th

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will begin accepting applications from the 10th for the purchase of contract-type rental housing.

The contract-type rental housing project is a method in which GH, the purchasing entity, participates from the design stage to confirm the application of the proposed design standards, and conducts quality inspections at each project stage during construction to secure rental housing of excellent quality.

Through this project method, GH plans to realize spatial welfare by applying customized housing designs for demanders and planning community facilities and other resident common facilities.

Applications will be accepted from the 10th of this month until the 9th of next month.

GH will comprehensively review location conditions such as public transportation accessibility and housing plans for living convenience, and select the final contract purchase housing after purchase deliberation.

Kim Seyong, President of GH, stated, "To improve the living environment and habitability of public rental housing for low-income groups and youth in Gyeonggi Province, we will expand the supply of newly built contract-type rental housing so that residents can live in rental housing with excellent design and construction quality."
