The National Gwangju Science Museum will hold the ‘2023 Children's Day Special Event - Science Museum Children's World.’

The special event will take place over three days from the 5th to the 7th of next month. Visitors can enjoy 14 programs across three categories: performances, hands-on experiences, and special educational programs.

First, the performance programs include family theater animation screenings (5th?7th), Miracle Magic Show (5th), and Fairy Tale Sandbook (6th), all waiting for visitors to enjoy.

Various hands-on and educational programs for children will also be held, such as Pierrot Balloon Art (5th), Face Painting (6th), Calligraphy (7th), Instant Family Photos (5th?7th), and Special Education "Fly Boomerang Airplane" (5th?7th).

As a special event, children visitors who wear colorful costumes to enter the ‘Color Special Exhibition - The Colorful World’ will receive souvenirs. Additionally, those who post a review with photos of their visit on the science museum’s website participation board will be entered into a draw to win mobile coupons.

Deputy Director Jeon Tae-ho said, “We recommend visiting the science museum with your family on the upcoming Children's Day,” adding, “Not only the Children's Day special event but also the Space Odyssey Spring Festival and the Color Special Exhibition will provide enjoyable memories for Children's Day.”
