Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education Operates Coaching Club for School Sports Team Coaches

The Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced on the 29th that it conducted the '2023 Coaching Club Training for School Sports Team Coaches' at the main office's Physical Education Center, targeting coaches of elementary, middle, and high school sports teams within the province.

This training was held to share individual coaching cases from school sites and core techniques of mental coaching.

The School Sports Team Coaches Coaching Club was established to strengthen the coaching capabilities of school sports team coaches and to lay the foundation for building an advanced sports team model.

This group operates over four months, divided into ▲ Mental Coaching Learning Club ▲ Body, Mind, and Life Recovery Club ▲ Coaching Case Sharing Club.

Section Chief Park Jaehyun stated, “School sports team coaches play an important role in the healthy growth of student athletes,” and added, “We plan to strive to create a healthy school sports culture by opening a coaches academy and securing research allowances to enhance the professional capabilities of coaches.”
