The news of former Minister Park's attendance was conveyed on the 28th (local time) through Minister Lee Young of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, who was present at the event. On Instagram, he wrote, "Today, there was a presidential speech and dialogue at Harvard Kennedy School," adding, "I unexpectedly met someone there. It was former Minister Park Young-sun of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups."

Minister Lee said, "The commonality of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups created a very unique sense of empathy," and added, "She was dressed very comfortably with a backpack, perhaps because she is focusing on her studies. I hope she stays healthy." In the photo posted together, former Minister Park is wearing a gray sweatshirt with a large red 'H' representing 'Harvard.'

Former Minister Park has been working as a senior researcher at Harvard Kennedy School since early this year. She served as the 2nd Minister of SMEs and Startups from April 2019 to January 2021 during the Moon Jae-in administration. Minister Lee is the 4th Minister of SMEs and Startups.

Meanwhile, President Yoon will conclude his 5-night, 7-day visit to the United States with the Harvard speech and return to Korea on the 30th (Korean time).
