Next month, mid-sized housing companies will offer a total of 3,725 housing units nationwide.
The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 28th that, based on a survey of its member companies' housing sales plans for May, 12 companies will supply a total of 3,725 units across 12 projects nationwide next month.
This figure represents a decrease of 1,160 units compared to the previous month (4,885 units). Compared to the same month last year (5,609 units), it is down by 1,884 units.
In the metropolitan area, a total of 864 units will be supplied. Incheon leads with 781 units, followed by Seoul with 77 units, and Gyeonggi with 6 units planned for supply.
In the provinces, Busan has the highest supply with 1,149 units. This is followed by Gwangju with 815 units, Chungnam (451 units), Gangwon (282 units), Gyeongbuk (67 units), Jeonnam (49 units), and Jeju (48 units).
