Cargo Truck-Motorcycle Collision at Hamyang Intersection, Driver in 80s Dies

At around 2:30 PM on the 27th, a collision between a cargo truck and a motorcycle occurred at the Handullo intersection in Hamyang-eup, Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam, resulting in one fatality.


According to the Hamyang Police Station on the 28th, the accident happened at a three-lane intersection where a 1-ton cargo truck turning left towards Indang village and a motorcycle going straight towards Hamyang-eup collided.

The motorcycle's left front side was impacted, and the motorcycle driver in his 80s died.


The police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident based on witness statements around the scene.
