Natural language cognitive search solution company Allganize announced on the 28th that it will introduce 'AliGPT' to 'DaouOffice' on the 28th. DaouOffice is an all-in-one work platform operated by Daou Technology. After beta testing AliGPT until the end of next month, it plans to launch the official service.
Since 2021, Daou Technology has been utilizing Allganize's AI chatbot 'Ali.' The decision to adopt it was due to its feature that allows consultation intervention even during AI conversations. As common customer inquiries repeatedly occur and unpredictable questions increase, there was a need to support customer inquiries in a new way. Ali's characteristic is to support content-based non-face-to-face customer support services, moving away from the existing one-on-one customer inquiry handling method that requires continuous human involvement.
With Allganize launching 'AliGPT,' integrated with the GPT-3.5 API, Daou Technology also decided to upgrade to AliGPT. AliGPT finds and summarizes answers to questions by uploading corporate documents, manuals, and the latest information. AliGPT can also include information extracted from external sites such as Google or public institution websites in its answers. Initially, the service will be provided to about 9,000 cloud-shared customers of Daou Technology, with an additional 900 installation/build customers to be added later.
Lee Chang-soo, CEO of Allganize, said, "Although various services incorporating ChatGPT are emerging, Allganize seeks differentiation through overwhelmingly accurate document search," adding, "Through AliGPT, the next-generation AI-based B2B taskbot that automates work rather than a simple scenario-based chatbot, many companies will be able to innovate their work experience."
