The wage collective bargaining between the Changwon City bus union council and the management, which began at 4 p.m. on the 27th, was finally concluded around 6:30 p.m.
According to Changwon City, the labor and management agreed on ▲a 3.5% increase in hourly wages ▲an increase in accident-free allowance to 100,000 KRW ▲retirement age set at 63 ▲summer vacation allowance increased to 600,000 KRW ▲and payment of 1,000,000 KRW in tuition fees over two years per university student child.
Regarding the major issue of converting bonuses to hourly wages, it was decided to follow the resolution of the Labor-Management-Government Council.
A Meal Quality Improvement Committee will also be formed and operated regularly to enhance meal quality.
