Participants are free to write proposals for improving the internal and external spaces to enhance citizen usability and accessibility of Nodeul Island on one A1-sized sheet. Each person can submit up to three entries, but awards are limited to one winning entry per person.

After preliminary screening and evaluation by internal and external experts, a total of 19 winning works will be selected in July, with a grand prize of 5 million KRW and a total prize money of 24 million KRW, along with certificates from the Mayor of Seoul.

The winning works will be showcased to citizens through online exhibitions and other displays. They will also be utilized in various ways for Seoul city promotion and policy materials.
