[Concall] Samsung Electronics "2nm Mass Production Target in 2025... Will Lead Competition"

On the 27th, Samsung Electronics stated in its first-quarter conference call, "Leading-edge node customers are primarily mobile and HPC customers, as this is the only product currently applying GAA (Gate-All-Around) process," adding, "Samsung Foundry is promoting the 3-nanometer process, and some customers are producing test chips."

They continued, "The 2-nanometer process is under development with the goal of mass production in 2025," and added, "Our goal is to maintain technological leadership tradition in 2025 and stay ahead of the competition."
