This gala dinner will be held in collaboration with the hotel’s Korean restaurant "Mugunghwa" at "Pierre Gagnaire Seoul," which opened in 2008 at Lotte Hotel Seoul. It is the first collaborative gala dinner presented by Chef Pierre Gagnaire in Korea, consisting of a total of nine courses, from the pre-meal appetizer "P?te" to the finishing "Petit Four."

The gala dinner menu blends uniquely Korean ingredients unfamiliar in French cuisine, such as ginseng, kimchi, dried pollack, gamtae (green laver), and omija (five-flavor berry), with internationally acclaimed delicacies considered among the world's top three gourmet ingredients: foie gras, truffle, and caviar. It is explained that Chef Choi Byung-seok of Mugunghwa adds Korean culinary elements, combined with Pierre Gagnaire’s creativity, to offer a special gourmet experience.

Meanwhile, Pierre Gagnaire Seoul is offering a menu commemorating the 50th anniversary of Hotel Lotte’s founding until the 31st of next month.
