A service that connects you directly to the desired task with just one T phone call has been launched. It can reduce call center waiting times, allowing for faster task processing and also reducing phone costs. On the 27th, SK Telecom announced, “When T phone users dial a company's call center number, we have launched the ‘Business Link’ service that immediately provides links to handle various civil complaints before the call is connected.”
‘Business Link’ is a service that allows T phone users to conveniently handle desired tasks without voice calls when dialing call center numbers of companies such as SK Broadband and the Fire Agency. It can be used in various ways, from chatbots, civil complaint reporting pages, call center consultation web pages, app installations, to online orders.
For example, when a T phone user dials 119, a link is simultaneously provided to select fire, rescue, ambulance, or civil complaints. Even if the reporter has difficulty communicating or voice calls are difficult, they can press keys to convey the emergency situation. Also, the phone’s location is automatically detected for quick dispatch.
T phone users can use ‘Business Link’ on Android and iOS regardless of their carrier. SKT plans to continuously increase partner companies and public institutions. From a company’s perspective, Business Link is also attractive. It can show the information customers need at a glance and additionally provide company announcements or event information.
Cho Hyun-deok, head of SKT T phone CO, said, “‘Business Link’ is expected to expand the role of T phone, which was focused on voice calls, and enhance customer convenience. We will continue to expand new communication areas for T phone users in the future.”
