The Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency is recruiting outstanding small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to move into the Gyeonggi R&DB Center and Gwanggyo Business Center, venture company cluster facilities located in Gwanggyo Technovalley, Yeongtong, Suwon.
Gwanggyo Technovalley is an advanced industrial complex supporting IT (Information Technology), BT (Biotechnology), and NT (Nanotechnology) companies in the province, centered around the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency, Gyeonggi Bio Center, Next-Generation Convergence Technology Institute, and Nano Technology Institute. Currently, over 130 companies and support organizations are located there.
The available office spaces range in size from 100 to 200㎡. The rent is about 75% of that of the nearby Intellectual Property Center.
It boasts excellent transportation accessibility, located within 30 minutes of Gangnam, Seoul, and within 1 km of Dongsuwon and Gwanggyo ICs as well as Gwanggyo Jungang Station on the Shinbundang Line.
Eligible tenants are SMEs registered as venture companies or engaged in knowledge-based industries, knowledge industries, or information and communication industries.
Companies wishing to move in can visit the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency for on-site consultation and then apply.
The lease contract period is basically 2 years and can be extended depending on the evaluation results.
