Hanwha Galleria Recruiting Internship Positions Linked to Employment for the First Half of the Year

Introduction of 'Junior Interviewers' with 3 to 5 Years of Experience

Hanwha Galleria announced on the 27th that it will recruit 2023 first half-year internship positions linked to employment from the 28th of this month until the 15th of next month.

Applications can be submitted through the group recruitment site ‘Hanwha In’. The recruitment targets are graduates and prospective graduates of four-year universities who can participate in the internship starting in July. After selecting a double-digit number of interns, new employees will be hired through the internship and final interviews. The positions to be filled are ▲ Planning ▲ Marketing ▲ Sales Management (Fashion) ▲ Sales Management (F&B) ▲ Finance. The recruitment process consists of four stages: document screening (May), interview (June), internship (July to August), and final interview (August).


Following last year, this internship will also focus on practical work performance. Interns will be assigned to key departments according to their applied positions and will perform actual tasks for eight weeks. Through this, they will have the opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities and develop related careers.


Galleria is introducing ‘Junior Interviewers’ for the first time in this recruitment, where employees with 3 to 5 years of experience will participate as interviewers. Previously, team leaders and senior-level practitioners participated as interviewers, but starting this year, younger employees will take part as interviewers.
