Visang Education announced on the 27th that it will introduce the ‘Interactive Class System (ICS)’ that can be utilized in domestic elementary, middle, and high school public education settings.
ICS is a system that provides ▲class setting tools ▲collaborative class activity tools ▲real-time diagnosis and evaluation tools ▲artificial intelligence (AI) data analysis tools to enable interactive classes between teachers and students in a classroom environment based on tablet PCs and electronic whiteboards, while collecting and analyzing data for each student. It is compatible with the already implemented ‘Learning Management System (LMS)’ and ‘Content Management System (CMS)’ used in schools.
Visang Education’s ICS features the collection of individual student learning and behavior data generated during the class process, which is then analyzed by the embedded AI algorithm analysis tool to produce results, enabling personalized feedback. Teachers can immediately review the result data of all interactions students have during class time and leave feedback. This process-oriented class approach is expected to overcome the limitations of the traditional segmented class and evaluation system, leading to improved student engagement and participation.
The AI collects and analyzes student information in real time and notifies teachers to intervene promptly for students who need help, assisting teachers in designing coaching-centered classes. It focuses on inducing students’ confidence and self-directedness in learning, ultimately fostering learners’ ability to internalize a virtuous cycle of curiosity and thinking about learning.
Previously, Visang Education piloted its ICS platform, AllviA, launched in 2019, targeting elementary and middle schools in 18 countries overseas, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Colombia, Paraguay, and other Latin American countries. In the US and UK, interactive classes based on the collection and analysis of mutual learning data within the classroom are emphasized. AllviA has been actively used in overseas public education settings to complete the structure of pre-class diagnosis, in-class process evaluation, and post-class feedback.
Yang Tae-hoe, CEO of Visang Education, stated, “ICS is a classroom system that helps anyone, regardless of the teacher’s digital competency, create a data-driven personalized learning environment with an intuitive user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). Visang Education will continue to enable Korean students to learn more actively within the newly established digital classroom environment.”
